What was your impression of the Tallinn the city?
The city was awesome. It was really cool to get so see first hand. Walking through Old Tallinn where all the buildings were built in the 1300-1400 hundredths. Definitely worth a visit.
This was your first Simpel Session and what did you expect and did it meet that?
I was looking forward to this contest for a while now, so I was psyched when I got the opportunity to go. As for expectations they got blown out of the water. Amazing Contest, Amazing atmosphere, Amazing people.
With such a big world wide event did you meet a bunch of new riders. Who did you hang with while there? Yeah it was awesome. I hung out with the DK and Shadow teams and also Dan Foley and Chad Kerley a lot. It was sweet because all the riders were in the same hotel so everyone just hung out with everyone.
Where you nervous doing that massive nose jam on the rail? What were yourthoughts doing it? I wasn't really too nervous. The adrenaline was definitely in affect ha ha. I fufanu'd it the day before and then really wanted to footjam it. Everything else worked out good so I just went for the foot jam. Super psyched it worked out.
What did you think about Shadow supporting the event? I think its awesome that Shadow supported this contest. It awesome when everyone gets together to make event's like this happen.
How surprised were you when you won? I seriously couldn't believe it. I was just speechless.
We heard rumors that friends of yours in PEI, Nova Scotia, Ontario, and all over Canada were camped in front of their computer screens all weekend watching the live Simpel Session feed. How does it feel to know that you have such great support from the Great White North? It was awesome for sure! Big thanks to everyone that was cheering from behind there computer screen. I really appreciate it guys.
