Last week I slammed on my knee and tweaked it. I've never hurt my knees before so I didn't know what was going on.. I flew out to Cali for heath's jam and drove down to San Diego to see Dr Chao..after a MRI he tells me I have a grade 2 strain on the MCL and a bruised bone..so at least I didn't rip anything apart..I'll take a few weeks off and should be fine..but I am missing out on a trip with the shadow team so I'll have to knuckle down when I get healed up..stay on your bike its way better..
